Benefits of hashing for female health

Member's article contributed by Chik-ki-ti-Chik: Many years ago , my roommate brought me to hashing . He has invited me several times but I rejected him and said what is so good about hashing and what benefits and gain do we have out of it.

After a couple of persuasions from my sleeping partner, I decided to give it a try. I personally found that the benefits of hashing are as follows;

It provides
1. Flexibility and Strength: it involves and utilizes both the upper and lower body muscles , as the terrains will always lead us to hills and steep slopes and even sometimes climbing over walls and cross over streams with millions of gallons of running H2O.
Hashing tones the whole body into good shape by working upper and lower body muscle groups 

2. Cardiovascular Work; good work out for our heart particularly after at least an hour in the jungles.

3. Physiologically Strong: Getting sufficient sun light and experiencing the real outdoor activities regardless of rain or shine always permit us to have a positively mood state.

4. Sleep Better: sleep extremely well, less stressful and physically healthy.

Hashing increases agility and mobility

5. Aging Benefits: Increase agility, much stronger if not younger. Increase our mobility even as we age and move towards nearer and nearer to the grave yard.

In hash a new community is formed and especially during circles which suppose to be circled instead of sitting down, it provides all members a time to socialize that is one the very unique kind of the hash spirits. No doubt about it, hashing will be my long term investment.
