James Wong Nai Thong is his real name and he is involved in timber trade in particularly on timber flooring. His Hash name James Bonk was given by Piss Stop after Bonk acted in GH5 2009 annual dinner as James Bond. James Bonk was brought to GH5 by Chikitichik in August 2009. He is also member of PJ Hazards.
Bonk would like to thank all members very much for taking time to come to his run. And also to thank all sponsors, V-Power, Tau Foo Fah and Grey Devil for the sponsorship and thank the co-hares as well. Hope all members have a good run and fellowship and Happy Hashing and On On!

Cocky was iced for he can"t sing a proper hashsong after hashing for 20years.Ai yah tembak saja la!
One Zero was iced for loosing his Rm1900 designer spectacles .
Q -Shit and Silent was iced by GM for not following papers losing direction and Silent criticizing Q- Shit
And never do checkings.
GM advises all hashers are strongly encourage to follow papers.
Spicy Cili was iced for not running and still wearing full hash attire.
One minute silence in respect for Power Bangs Late father who passed away yesterday.
Toto - Malaysia Iron Man-share his experience after completing his recent 100km Ultra Marathon run in Cameron Highland.
He break runs into 10 sets of 10km and checks in his timing every sets. To do short stops and recover - depending on individual body, high intense heart level, chew small intake of energy bar, train your body to sleep 15 to 20 min.( Deep sleep).
He will run 2 to 3 100km Ultra marathon a year. And recuperate , hash-eat well and rest more.WOW that was Amazing!!
BMM was iced for not coming to run often having big tummy or (Big Tummy Monkey LOL!!)
Sammi, Penny and Nikki was Iced for 2 charges .
1st charge - saying GM can't remember their names .
2nd charged for making senior hasher Piss Stop leaving run site very early.
