Notice is hereby given to all members of Gasing Hill Hash House Harriers & Harriets, Petaling Jaya, that the 15^th. Annual General Meeting will be held as follows;

2. Chairman’s Address.
3. To receive and adopt Chairman’s Report for the period January 1^st to December, 31^st 2013
4. To receive and adopt the Secretary’s Report for the period January 1^st to December, 31^st 2013
5. To receive and adopt the Treasurer’s Report for the period January 1^st to December, 31^st 2013
6. Election of office bearers for the year 2014-2015
