There are several apes/primates in GH5. Below is a chart to put things into perspective what species and genus they are.
Big Mouth is more like an Orang Hutan you see in the zoo. Silent is a ruthless Gorilla which is why he got the Ah Long job in GH5.
Jungleman is not quite an evolved human yet, so when he mated with a human (jungle woman), they produced a chimpanzee!
