Gm share his experience in Si Rusa Hash- Lukut. GM demonstrate how icing was done by Si Rusa Hash. It is splashing waters on face. No shower after run. Members present just pay rm8. THEIR yearly sub.- rm200 only. Drinking Beers tong tong or AA style. Most of the members are above 40yrs old.
