Gh5 GM left ball give me my hash name as Road Runner because I'm the only one ultra marathon runner that run 160km in Gh5

You only live once so enjoy every moment of your life to the fullest

I can offer a help in nutrition healing to all member in Gh5 to be always healthy and fit.

Hash 为你做了什么？
Hashing have enriched my life in all kind of experience in the jungle and trail run. It also gave me a chance to meet new friends that are in the same fitness mentality.

I am still learning in progress, I hope to contribute more ideas in the near future.
It was drizzling -GM starts circle greeting members n guest good evening.
Today is virgin hare Toto's Run. GM will bless Toto later tonight.
Interhash On Sec Pocahantas was iced for not doing a good job.
Upcoming Run -RKC CNY Do. Closing date 3rd March.Damage is RM100.
SF was iced....for...saying he is going for JB Run..but representing Hazard only.LOL!
GM reminding to keep the runsite clean after each run ...ppl will advertize...even little bit of rubbish/paper- they will put on Face Book..Sin Chew Jit Poh...etc..be carefull.
Gm strongly encourage Hare of the day please ensure run site are clean up- clear all rubbish...Love our run site....there is scarcity now. Because not many run site are available and soon may be converted for development.
When taking a bath, find a dark place and bath privately and quietly.
Hare had done racee 3 times.
Todays run was rated moderate to challenging.
All Guest present are invited to the box .
Some of the guest had been running Ultra..ironman..and 100km...GM wants guest to give comments on todays trail.
It was Tough ,virgin trail..high elevation ...challenging.
Kaily and 100plus were invited to the box as ..both were comparing among themself...Kaily say my bustline is big ohh......100plus say my belly is bigger than your bustline.Teally..!!!
HAHAHA..LOL!
And 100plus was on Ice.!!!
Kuachi was iced for being an health inspector at Kiss Channel , Hatyai.
Holding 3 beautiful hostages. and Kuachi was high and not sure whether they are girls or pondan. LOL.!!! he was on iced.
Follow hash paper and don't assume ..GM advised.
Lazar was iced for not following hash papers and lead a pack of hashers to short cut.

This name was chosen as this shown bu Warner Brother this bird can speed up to 35km/hour.
Sang Wat was iced for promoting his Brooks Shoes business ..GM says GH5 will collect 5% for his sales.just joking.
