Iron man of GH5 BangCock share his recent Langkawi Ironman Endurance Challenge experience Full Ironman..and not "fool ironman"
Bangcock admits training is not enough for him.
17 hours Endurance Challenge.
Swimming takes him 1hrs 50min for two
Triangle loop of -.400metre-.700Metre-.800metre total up to 3.8km.
Cycling from Pantai Kok behind Danna Hotel round island 2 loops 180km takes him hours ..
Up hills Jalan Datai towards Langkawi Falls and 3 sisters hills at Taman Seri Aman drag alot of energy used up.
He encounter tire puncture cycling at only speed of at 21km per .hrs.
But reliaze tube was leaking at check point.
Replacing tube you need to find the source of the leaking. Check and discovered -There's a 1cm pin affecting it.
JMS says BangCock should be proud of himself as it's tough and not everyone can compete an Ironman Race. BIG hand to BangCock.
