GH517th AGM started at around 540 PM with about 60 members and 10 guests in attendance. OC Warlord called the meeting to order and outgoing GM presented the 16th AGM minutes and it was adopted. The account for 2015 was also tabled and adopted. GM and On Sex's report were also presented. Bonsai hand over the AGM to Pro tem Chairman Warlord to proceed with the new committee elections, since there was no contest, the following members were elected as the new committee for 2015/2017.

GM Left Ball thank all hashers present and we look forward
to a brighter new chapter and new story hence he urge all members to put all
our hands together as a team.
GM 's hope to all hashers and new committee to move all
dividing walls between us and build bridges.
For our GH5 Founders have cultivated good example and we are
on the same playing fields , irrelevant of status as we are one family.
GM thank Bonsai for
his full support for this post.
Bonsai mention that 2 years ago he had discussed and made a
deal for succession plan with Left Ball .
Moreover he is confident GM will continue to improve GH5
with a vision and mission of Eco Friendly Hash Chapter hence continuing to push
and recruit quality members.
At present GM had commit for the coming 2 years to talk less and do more.! He
invited all visiting GM 's to come forward :
QQ of Kepong H4, Baby Chameleon of Klang H4, ,Piss Stop of PJ Hazards,San Wat of Batang Kajang, Joanne of PJ Harriets and Tan Sri of Hokkien Hash for ON Down .!
All GH5 Ladies were invited to come forward for Women's Day celebrations that falls on
8th March .Cheers to all women.!
All elected committee members are given a rousing welcome
and ON Down.

GM closed the circle by volunteering to sit on ice and
blessed by War Lord before the circle ends hence adjourning to Choong Foong
restaurant for our Dinner,whiskey & beers .
