Run #845, AGM Run at TTDI, OC by Popeye and rated 8.5 points by Semen

Hare Corner: Gasing Hill Hash House Harrier & Harrietes (GH5) enters into puberty now that she is 16th years old. The founding principles of GH5 are : Family hash, Eco-friendly and hashing with a purpose. As the chapter grow and evolved, it is a challenge to maintain the founding principles but the current committee will continue to maintain the character and culture of GH5. 
The committee would like to thank all the members and sponsors for making the past years' event successful.

The AGM was supposed to be held at 530PM but in view of the pending down pour and GM's predicament on his car battery, it was decided to have it when the circle starts. The run was started by Left Ball 15 minutes earlier for reason being the rain is going to pour and he was iced for this offence!

Circle started with GM calling the circle to order and announce the On Cash and On Sex report and follow by the GM's Speech. There after the committee was dissolved and Warlord was appointed as the Pro Temp Chairman  to conduct the AGM . The attendance by members were 75.  The On Cash report was adopted by Kai Si Wong and seconded by Lembek, The On Sex report was proposed by Piss Stop and seconded by Kangaroo. 
The following candidates were proposed for the committee position and it was unanimously adopted by the floor:-
GM-Bonsai
JM-Left Ball
JMS-Song Bird
On Sex- Spicy Cili
On Cash- Push Up
Committee-Lachar (PR & welfare), Silent Gorilla (Treasurt Governor), Popeye (Discipline) Tan Sri ( Protocol & Tradition) and Kim Chi. (On-Reporter)

The following members will be appointed as committee members :-
Hash Advisers-Gold Finger, Piss Stop, Warlord and Shitface
Assist On Sex & Run Master-BangCock
Assist On Sex-Semen-Attendance & Circle scribe
Assist On Cash-Kirie Kimono
InterHash Sex-Pocahontas. (Total committee members is 18)

The AGM ended with a vote of thanks to Pro Temp Chairman Warlord.

Circle proper started with icing of Left Ball for starting the run 15 minutes earlier. Next,  invited GM of Klang Hash 4 Messy was given an on down for taking time to come to GH5 AGM. First time guest of Pinocchio, Edward was given the usual welcome while Pinocchio sat on ice again for not introducing guest to GM. Song Bird took the circle and invited our professional Tai kum Che to do a wedding tea ceremony on GM and On Sex. Popeye and Kim Chi was the Groom's parent and Lucky Cock and Lucky Pussy were brides parent.  JM Left Ball took to the box and commented he has been standing high on the box and can see and feel the surrounding the circle. The Founders were given an on down for their presence tonight,this goes to show they are concern of the welfare of  GH5. The circle ended with on on at SuperTanker Restaurant with good food, plenty of beers and 4 bottles of Macallan were consumed as well.
