- Leaders must understand the people, be part of them and....to instinctively know what may go down with the people and what may not (minute 12:20).

- Leaders are bred over time and through rank and file (minute 23:25).
- A leader may be the head but the vertebrae/spine is equally important to execute policies etc.(minute 33:20-33.54). And to be crude, I have seen leaders with no policies, vision or mandate.
