The London Olympics is just around the corner. Malaysia has yet to win a gold medal in Olympic history.
Malaysians all regret that squash is not recognized as an Olympic sport, if not Nicol David is a strong bet to deliver Malaysia's it maiden gold medal.
In the newspaper on Monday, on the front pages it read "Any shuttler who bags the gold medal at the London Olympics will be RM2mil richer – in gold bar.
That’s the whopping carrot being dangled by the KL Racquet Club Berhad (KLRC) chairman Datuk Seri Andrew Kam in an effort to challenge our shuttlers to go for gold at the Games, which begin on July 27."

Our other member Bang Cock is also a medal hope. He is entered in a strange form of basketball that he showed us during the Mr.Gasing Contest. We wish him all the best as he will come against 'stiff' competition against the NBA studs.
Touch & Gold announced in an EGM that he will match Datuk Seri Kam's offer of a RM2 million gold bar to either Stiff Stick or Bang Cock should they bring home a gold medal. So go boys, go! End Malaysia's gold drought.
