Today’s hare is one of the 2 Chili Padis in GH5. It is a most common hash name in Malaysia. There are other Chili Padis around. For instance, the GM of RCS Hash is also called Chili Padi. There are Chili Padis in Johor Bahru HHH, Penang HHH, Kuching HHH and other chapters. Likewise there are a dozen hashers called Tongkat Ali if you google the words Tongkat Ali and hash.
Members are typically given a "hash name," usually in deference to a particularly notorious escapade, a personality trait, or their physical appearance. In some chapters the name must be earned - that is, hashers are not named until they've done something outstanding, unusual, or stupid enough to warrant a name.
It is obvious why Karen was given the hash name Chili Padi, but I believe Bonsai would have been happier if his wife was given 7 hash names – one for each day of the week. Reason being – Monday he is sleeping with Chili Padi, Tuesday he is sleeping with Saori Aoi, Wednesday with Bo Derek, Thursday with Heidi Klum, Friday with….he!he!

Well, today’s run was fun. The path was bit slippery. About 50 members turned up. Chili Padi thanks for the great run.
Dinner was on site. Moorthy was there himself albeit a bit drunk. But all the gluttons of GH5 were satisfied.
Thanks to the hare for the great night especially during a festive holiday season. We really needed the break.
