Inevitably all of us bring our own water to bathe after each sweaty run. In our humid climate we are prone to get fungal skin infections like Tinea Versicolor and Ringworms. Bathing while you are still sweating is a "no,no" that has been passed down as a tradition in Chinese families as it supposedly leads to 汗班 （Tinea Versicolor).

It is useful to put a bar of anti fungal soap in your hash kit. Anti fungal soaps contain sulphur that kills fungus.
In fact James Bonk was the one who recommended anti fungal soap to me as when I first started hashing I developed a lot of Tinea Versicolor. Ever since I started using an anti fungal soap to bathe after each run I don't get the problem anymore.
